Secure e-Forms

Overview

Secure e-Forms provides a quick and effective way to deploy secure web forms on any website, and allow prospects, customers, partners, patients and stakeholders to securely submit confidential information and very large file attachments from any computer, tablet or mobile device for fast and secure provisioning.

The manual process involved with typical data entry (e.g. paper forms, PDF forms, Word Forms) are error-prone, offer no real workflow and are extremely time-consuming to manage. Web portals or Intranets are expensive to deploy and maintain, and are slow to deploy.

With Secure e-Forms, every form submission triggers a secure message directly in the Inbox of the person or department responsible for the provisioning of the form. The person in charge of the form can reply to the submission and engage in a private conversation, ask additional questions, or simply forward securely the form to another department for prompt resolution. Combined with the powerful API, every transaction submission can be exported into any third party application such as a CRM, ERP or EMR for record keeping.

Create secure online forms such as Contact Us, Loan Applications Processing, Benefits Enrollment, Health Insurance Claims, Medical History Forms, Quote Requests, and Credit Application & Processing or as illustrated above, Mammograms, X-rays, etc. Existing web forms can be converted within minutes and supports any programming language (e.g. PHP, HTML). Paper and PDF forms can be converted to a web form using any existing tools, and the process of securing the transmissions is performed as the last step by our team.

The form submission results can be included in the body of the secure message directly in MS Outlook or on a tablet, or as a file attachment of the secure message, properly formatted PDF, Word Document, XML, EDI, HTML, just to name a few formats. These file attachments can in turn automatically be stored in MS SharePoint or any other content management system. Real time tracking offers transparency both for the client or patients, and staff.
