Print to Secure Message

• Instead of printing data and sending it via unsecure PDF, fax, mail or courier, send ‘printed’ data securely via secure email from within any application – including third party applications such as ERP, EMR or CRM.
• Any scanned document or any content that is typically sent to a printer and distributed via fax, mail or courier will benefit from the Print to Secure Message feature.

The unique ‘Print to Secure Message (PC)’ feature allows users to instantly capture the current document, report or web page viewed on screen and sends it via encrypted email as a PDF, regardless of the length of the page or application used (example: Internet Explorer, ERP, EMR, CRM, or accounting systems and even directly from a scanner). A file is created (similar to PDF) and is instantly sent via encrypted email to the desired external recipient(s).

It installs on a User’s computer just like any other regular printer driver. Additional security options include password authentication every time the virtual printer is used (Server Edition). Send printed data securely via Email Encryption Plus instead of unsecure PDF, fax or overnight courier.
