Delivery Slip

Patented ‘Delivery Slip’. Tracking. Audit-trails. Non-Repudiation.

The patented ‘Delivery Slip’ is a window to the secure message where the recipient can access information about the Secure Messaging Platform, the sending User, the receiving Users, and what actions have been performed on the secure message, including message decrypted and read, forwarded, replied to, recalled or deleted. It is available directly in MS Outlook with every secure message.

The Delivery Slip contains pertinent information regarding the secure message details, file attachments and corporate global policies applied to the current secure message. The Delivery Slip also allows a User to decide to download file attachments or even the secure message itself (with auto-read secure message ‘off’).

The Delivery Slip allows the Receiving User to:

  • Find out who the secure message is from, and who else it was sent to.
  • Review real time tracking (if enabled) and if the tracking viewer is shared and can be viewed by every receiving Users.
  • Review the filename, size and type of any file attachments before they are downloaded locally.

For both sending and receiving Users, the Delivery Slip tracking feature displays a list of message participants, and whether or not each participant has (for secure messages and file attachments):

  • Reviewed the Delivery Slip but not read the secure message yet.
  • Decrypted and read the secure message (either in MS Outlook®, Secure Messaging Center (Webmail) or mobile & tablet devices).
  • Downloaded any file attachments (either opened or store locally on their network).
  • Replied to the secure message and to whom (information available only to the Sending User).
  • Forwarded the secure message, and to whom (information available only to the Sending User).
  • Forwarded any attachments, and to whom (information available only to the Sending User).
  • Printed the secure message though the Secure Messaging Center.
  • Deleted the secure message permanently though the Secure Messaging Center.

Every action is recorded every time they occur with a date stamp and IP address. This information can be shared with other participants through the Delivery Slip, or kept private. This provides an organization with the ability to protect their corporate transactions conducted via email by creating auditable and retrievable corporate records should a dispute arise.
