FileFreeze (PDF & ScreenOnly) [BETA]

Automatically convert Office documents to PDF with the FileFreeze (PDF) feature. Send documents securely from MS Outlook®, Secure Message Center or Mobile and automatically convert to PDF ‘on send’ and ensure that no external party is tampering or editing documents.

Professionals can now exchange confidential information knowing that documents are protected with the unique ‘FileFreeze (ScreenOnly)’ feature. File attachments such as PDF or MS Office documents become viewable only through a specialized viewer (on-screen view only) and disables file printing, text copying or file saving of the documents.

Note that this feature does not prevent the recipient from taking a screenshot of the secure message, photograph their monitor, or verbally share the content. This feature was designed to discourage the effortlessness of inappropriate sharing of confidential information. The FileFreeze (ScreenOnly) feature is also available with the use of the ‘Print to Secure Message (PC)’ feature where any information can be sent to a ‘printer’ and attached to a secure message, and protected from locally saving the information at the receiving end.
