Complete Message Recall

Email has sped up our workflows, but a result of its speed has been erroneous ‘sends’ that unfortunately, are not uncommon. Email’s irrevocable nature means that highly visible mistakes can have dire consequences.

With the Secure Messaging Platform, a Professional User can now completely and ‘truly’ recall secure messages and all file attachments, even if the message has already been read. All attachments are automatically recalled and deleted. The complete message recall feature is different from other products claiming to recall messages due to the underlying architecture of the Secure Messaging Platform. Permission-based database messaging means that a User can recall the ‘read’ permission at any point during the life cycle of the conversation with no additional steps required beyond simply clicking on the “recall message” icon.
