    • Email2′s unique Delivery Slip, present when composing a secure message in your email client or Webmail, allows the sender to set action specific permissions related to the secure message to be sent. Permissions include (but are not limited to) ‘No reply’, ‘No reply all’, ‘No Forward’, ‘Set unique password to message, ‘Enable message recall’, ‘Share tracking information with recipients’, etc. or set a ‘Unique password’ to a conversation.

    Email2′s unique Delivery Slip, present when reading a secure message in your email client or Webmail, allows the recipients to review critical metadata information prior to retrieving or reading the secure message. This metadata information is displayed to aid a recipient to decide whether or not to retrieve / read a secure message, such as who else read the message (real time tracking), if it requires a password to be viewed, if it contains any attachments, and whether a virus/spam scanning was performed.

    Ability to include public and private threads within the context of the same conversation, using tabs or other similar mechanism in your email client or Webmail where the sender can write the ‘Public’ message that is available to all recipients (basically how email works today), and add private conversations with each recipient that is only available to said recipient. An example would be with the Healthcare industry, where a ‘Public’ message is written to the Patient, CC: to Doctor and CC: to Compliance Department, and where ‘Private’ threads exists between Doctor and Compliance department, without the Patient having access to said private thread, etc. Email2′s real time message & content tracking feature tracks every single thread within the same conversation and is displayed within Email2′s unique Delivery Slip.

    Ability to thread conversations (email threads) based on a unique Message ID and Sub-message ID (e.g. replies, forwards), and NOT threaded based on non-reliable metadata such as the message ‘Subject’ that can be changed in time and lose the context of the conversation. All messages related to a thread can be presented together in a single communication, regardless if a recipient changed the subject line on a reply action.

    The Email2 platform uses a “Master Key” process in order to ensure integrity of the customer data, and guarantee that no other customer can access your data. The Certification consists of entering a unique long password when the network is certified (Master Key) combined with random information specific to the network and local storage server in order to create a unique and interchangeable encryption process for each branded Private Email Network in a multi-tenant environment (SaaS / Cloud).

  • FOR YOUR EYES ONLY (F.Y.E.O.)‘For Your Eyes Only’ feature requires the recipients to either enter their PEN Password, or a unique Password set by the sender, every time the message is to be viewed. This feature is useful, for example, for Senior Executives sharing their mailbox with their assistant but still want to selectively keep some conversations private, using Outlook, the webmail client or mobile clients. It is also useful for added protection when the users leave their PC unattended: no one else can read your secure messages unless they have access to the password set. Finally, combined with the real time tracking, this feature increases non-repudiation by ensuring the the recipients are actually reading your messages (manual intervention required to read the message).
