The general process for creating a new email2 message using the email2 Web Client is very similar to the process for creating a new message using any web-based email system, (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). To begin, simply press the "New email2 message” button.

At this point, the email2 Web Client will display a new composition window in the space that you normally read email messages.

Once you have written your message and addressed it to the proper recipients, you can change some of the special email2 options, using the Delivery options section on the left hand side.

Message Details
As the creator of a new message, you control the access privileges. If you don't want to receive any replies, you can disable reply permissions. If you don't want users to forward the message, you can disable forwarding privileges. Please note, however, that there are ways to circumvent these controls. They are not intended for use as information rights management, only to convey a preference to your recipients, which will prevent accidental misuse of information.
Voice & Video Message
If you have a camera or a microphone, you can record a voice or video message on-the-fly by simply pressing "Record." When you're done, press "Stop" and you are free to send the message. Your recipients will receive the streaming video message without having to download any attachments whatsoever!
Message Attachments
Attachments are simple. All you need to do is "Browse" for the file that you would like to attach, and it's ready to go. When you send the message, the file will be encrypted along with the message and securely sent directly to your recipient.
Tracking
As the creator of a new message, you control the tracking options. You can choose to enable tracking or disable it. If you disable tracking, no one (not even you) will be able to view the conversation tracking data. If you choose not to share the tracking, then your recipients will not have access to the data, though you will.
