Members

Full access allowed to the following roles: Server Admin, PEN Manager, Member Manager
The members section is used by administrators to view the list of members that are using the PEN. These members are divided into two groups, Registered and Passive. Registered users have gone through an active registration process, providing personal information to the PEN. Passive users are members of the PEN because they have, at some point, retrieved a message.

Administrative users with permissions for this section are able to manually change the status (Registered/Passive) of members, as well as edit personal details and reset passwords.

Administrative users with sufficient permissions are able to create new members manually. The must enter the email address of the new member, the member's first and last name, and determine whether the new user will initially be registered or passive.
