The new tracking system displays a list of message participants, and whether or not they have:
- Received the notification message
Retrieved the email2 message- Replied to the email2 message, (and to whom)
- Forwarded the email2 message, (and to whom)
- Printed the email2 message
- And even deleted the email2 message
If you hover the mouse over the green boxes, you'll be able to see further details, such as when the action occurred, who a message was forwarded to, or which interface was used (Outlook, email2 Web Client or a Mobile device).
Administrators can even generate audit reports with tracking data for multiple messages, which will aid in compliance with difficult regulatory requirements - such as those found in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), HIPAA, etc.
