The email2 Admin Console has a dashboard, bringing you important statistics quickly and clearly. With a glance, you can see the total number of members, or the total amount of storage for a Private Email Network, not to mention a host of other statistics that can be quite useful when analyzing PEN usage.
The Admin Console lets you sort by any of the category fields, including any of the many new fields. You can even created grouped views by dragging a category into the grouping bar. Users can also export the member list into Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, for even more options.
Grouped views allow you to see users grouped by a specific category. For instance, in the example to the left, all the members are displayed in groups of who invited them to the Private Email Network. You can see that tlevasseur was invited by support, and in turn, tlevasseur invited a group of other users. You can even group users by multiple criteria!
