Sending an email2 message is a simple three-step process:
- Using Microsoft Outlook© or the email2 Web Client, a member securely and directly connects to their Private Email Network.
- An email2 notification message is sent to the recipient's standard email address alerting them to their confidential email2 message.
- The recipient clicks the provided email2 Web Client link or the email2 Toolbar for Outlook securely downloads the content of the email2 message using HTTPS instead of SMTP. If using Outlook, the process is completely seamless and requires no workflow changes at all! Your confidential message is never exposed to unsecured areas of the internet. No complicated encryption schemes necessary!
