Can I customize the MS Outlook Toolbar and Secure Message Center?

We recognize that not all groups find the same features useful and that certain groups require specific functionality. All products of the Secure Messaging platform are branded to the organization using the service, and every feature, module and usage metrics can be configured per organization and User Groups within the organization.

Custom functionality can be designed either by third parties (through the use of the published API), and can be released as modules which will plug into the existing Secure Messaging Platform functionality. These modules can be something as simple as a basic survey engine, or they can be as complex and specific as an integrating with an EMR or ERP system.
