ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 10 years of QA experience working – preferably in the commercial software industry.
You are known as a high-energy and results-oriented individual. You’re a fast learner and don’t need a lot of direction. Our team would have a hard time imagining what they would do without you!
You are professional, confident and upbeat. Your English verbal and listening skills are first rate and you have what it takes to instantly build a connection with professionals.
You’re that person in the department that is engaged, cares, and always knows what’s going on. You are not beyond rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to ensure your team is successful. You enjoy people, but there’s a side of you that is detail oriented and organized and can focus amidst distraction and multiple priorities.
You are known as someone who works well under pressure and driven by performance.
- Design, build, and maintain effective test automation solutions for multiple products (Outlook plug-in, Webmail, Admin Server, Mobile clients)
- Define and execute an effective test automation strategy for multiple product teams
- Design, build, and maintain effective automated testing frameworks for multiple products in an agile software development environment
- Effectively document test automation techniques, procedures, and process
- Document and communicate automated testing results
- Maintain the technical test automation environments
- Analyze and report on test execution results
- Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as required
Experience/Skills
- Experience with .NET or other Object-Oriented languages
- Extensive knowledge and experience with test automation tools
- Working familiarity with web development and relational database concepts
- Expertise in software quality and testing methodologies
