IMPROVEMENT: Webmail and Webmail Mobile "Remember Me' feature changed for all Healthcare clients to meet HIPAA technical security safeguard standards that require that all secure sessions be terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity. When selected, the 'Remember Me' feature now only remembers the user 'email address' and a password is required every time in order to access secure email2 messages, instead of keeping the user session 'live' for extended periods of inactivity.

NEW: Data Leak Prevention (DLP) improvement now detects if a non-secure message includes any attachments in Outlook. If so, the user is prompted on the 'Send' command to send the message securely using the default PEN activation. This feature is configurable per PEN and user level and only applies to 'Premium' member types. This feature also offers the option to ignore embedded images in the format GIF or JPG.
NEW: Save Draft Secure in Outlook now remembers if the message was part of a secure thread and continues the conversation over the same PEN.
NEW: Toolbar now supports integration with Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
NEW: Toolbar now supports 'Assisted Activation' process for all mail servers.
IMPROVEMENT: Better Microsoft Exchange account detection within Outlook to properly validate ownership of e-mail address of the user trying to active with the PEN Server. When PreActivation fails for an Exchange account the Toolbar tries the same action after calling the RefreshExchangeAliases private method.
IMPROVEMENT: Better support for large DPI fonts in Windows.

NEW: Secondary SMTP service now configurable per PEN Server as a back up to the primary SMTP service. The SMTP services are used to deliver message notifications and general system notifications.
NEW: 'Remember Me' feature now changed to only remember the user 'email address' and not keep the user session 'live' for extended periods of time. The 'Remember Me' feature can also be turned on/off per Private Email Network to meet each industry vertical legal requirements.
NEW: 'User Session Timeout' can now be set per Private Email Network. The 'User Session Timeout' is set to expire the secure user session after a predefined period of inactivity.
IMPROVEMENT: New Membership Package Page allows for easier set-up and management of Membership Packages.
