Does Email2 require the installation of additional software on our company’s servers?

Additional servers or software is not required with the SaaS / Cloud offering. While we host the Secure Messaging Platform, we don’t replace any of the basic email infrastructure you currently have in place. Once sent or retrieved, secure messages are stored behind your firewall as any other email message. Your company retains total and singular control over all of its own data.

An optional Gateway Appliance is available to automatically encrypt & decrypt messages, as well as filtering all outbound messages for keywords or regular expressions such as credit card numbers.
