How does Email2 increase management control?

Organizations are able to establish their own branded Secure Messaging Platform and regulate user access, allowing for totally secure and auditable transactions between internal and external users. These secure messages are accessed with the help of a free, Secure Message Center (Webmail), the Secure MS Outlook Toolbar, Secure Desktop Agents or mobile Apps.

Management control is enhanced by real-time content management for both inward and outward bound secure messages. Messages can be filtered for staff based on content, subject, sender, or other recipients. This feature can be used to drastically reduce the cost of lawsuits associated with litigation because of email harassment or inappropriate email messaging.

If desired, management can enact pre-defined security levels, limiting correspondence to highly controlled distribution lists based on domain name or full email address. However, existing policy systems, such as Information Rights Management (IRM) and Digital Rights Management (DRM) are not affected: they still work exactly as they did with basic email.
