Yes!
The current email2 platform has been designed to work with the Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007 email clients.
The email2 Toolbar works along side your email client, allowing you to use email2 without changing the way that you normally use email. If your mail client isn't currently supported, you can always use the email2 Web Client, (which includes all of the functionality of the email2 Toolbar for Outlook), to access your email2 messages.
Additional versions with other mail clients will be fully supported in future releases of the platform.
